Alpahbet Inc’s Google is planning on introducing a built in ad blocker to the mobile and desktop versions of the Chrome web browser, according to the Wall Street Journal.
The feature might be turned on by default within Chrome and would be designed to block any advertising deemed unacceptable by the Coalition for Better Ads. This would include Pop-up Ads, autoplaying video ads with sound, prestitial (full screen) Ads with countdown, flashing animated ads and excessively large ads.

Samsung is planning to unveil its upcoming flagship smartphone very soon. In a new leaked image that shows the front of the phone, the device boasts very thin top and bottom bezels and a screen that curves to the left and right. Aside from the screen, the phone features a front-facing camera and an iris scanner (which made its debut in the problematic Galaxy Note 7). The biggest differences are that there are no buttons under the screen, indicating that Samsung will be launching completely onscreen navigation.
